Caruso's Organic Oregano Oil is a one-a-day soft capsule delivering certified organic oregano oil standardised to a minimum of 80% carvacrol. Each soft capsule contains 100mg of Origanum vulgare (oregano) leaf essential oil, containing a minimum of 80mg of carvacrol. Carvacrol is the key active compound behind the formula's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, helping to reduce free radicals formed in the body and relieve inflammation. The oregano oil is suspended in an organic olive oil base, which makes the capsule easy to take.
