Entry is open to Australian residents who are members of a participating pharmacy's loyalty program. For the sake of clarity, individuals who sign up as a new loyalty program member at a participating pharmacy during the Promotional Period are also eligible to enter this Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and address) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Eligible Entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the pharmacy Rewards program membership is held.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating pharmacies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to: (a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.

To receive entries in this Promotion during the Promotional Period an Entrant must meet the following conditions:

1. Sign up to a Participating Pharmacy's loyalty program (if not already a member) during the promotional period.

2. Spend $40 or more on specially marked products (see "Participating Brands") at a Participating Pharmacy and ensure the transaction is linked to their loyalty account, either by scanning their loyalty card or by having the sale manually applied to their loyalty account. Confirmation of entry will be printed on the customer's receipt.

3. Shop between the promotional period.

Multiple entries permitted but limited to one entry per day.

The prize draw will take place at IPA Head Office, 15-17 Chapel St, Cremorne, VIC. Winners will be drawn by computerised random selection on 8/06/2026 at 12:00 PM AEST. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each Major Prize will be posted to the Pharmacy where the winning customer entered the competition by 15/06/2026. The prize winner is to collect the prize unless it is agreed at the time of being notified by phone or by email with the Promoter. The Prize winner may be required to show proof of identity when collecting the prize.

A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

The promoter does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards after delivery to the customer. It is the responsibility of the winning customer to activate the gift card and use the prize within the validity period specified by the card issuer. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer, which are independent of the Promoter's terms and conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for any unexpected technical issues or disruptions affecting the point of sale, including internet outages or other technical failures. Any such issues will be resolved prior to the prize draw to ensure fairness.

Where a prize remains unclaimed for at least three (3) months, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same place and in the same manner. The unclaimed prize draw (if applicable) will take place on 8/09/2026 at 12:00 PM AEST at IPA Head Office, 15-17 Chapel St, Cremorne, VIC, drawn by computerised random selection. Any winner of an unclaimed prize will be notified in writing and by telephone within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

The prize draw winners will be notified by the pharmacy where they joined. Winners will be notified in writing and by telephone, within seven (7) business days of the draw. The winners will also be published on the IPA Website (myipa.com.au) by 12/06/2026. Publication will include each winner's first initial, last name, postcode and the participating store.

If a redraw is necessary for unclaimed prizes, the new winners will be announced in the same manner. Unclaimed prize winner(s) will be notified in writing, within seven (7) business days of the redraw. The unclaimed prize draw winner(s) will also be published on the IPA Website by 11/03/2026. Publication will include each winner's first initial, last name and postcode.

All personal information of any entrant collected by Your Pharmacy and the Promoter will be used to administer, operate and manage this promotion as well as operate, administer and manage Your Pharmacy's rewards program and conduct activities relating to the promotion, planning, researching, and marketing of the Promoter's and Your Pharmacy's goods, services or product.

In addition to the Promoter and Your Pharmacy disclosing personal information to each other, personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's affiliates for the purpose of assisting the Promoter and its affiliates to meet the objectives disclosed above.

As a condition to entry into this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter and Your Pharmacy may publish the name of each winner and use their name and a photograph in any associated promotional material.
